Every new client receives a Complimentary Fitness Assessment. 
This will help to establish a base line from which we will measure your success. It also helps your Personal Trainer to develop a program specifically for your needs!
I will develop a plan designed to fit your needs
This plan will include workouts under my supervision, as well as those you can do on the days we don't meet.  Remember, this plan is about you, so we will work together to develop a realistic plan!
This is a home-based personal training service. 
We schedule the location for your trainings based on what best suits your needs:  your home, a nearby park, etc.
